Your service was great, but I would recommend that you do not use Fastway couriers again. I paid for Express Australia Post and got Fastway, who only deliver to the Sunshine Coast (Pomona Cooroy areas, etc) twice a week. That is hardly an overnight service. I paid for the item on Wednesday and it was not going to be delivered until the following Tuesday. I ended up picking it up myself, thereby wasting money on postage. The girls at Oz-pool were great, but an online service is only as good as its delivery, and if Fastway considers that I live in a black spot l would hate to have them deliver to me if I lived somewhere remote!!! Reply:- We are sorry to hear that our courier let you down on next day delivery they are normally very good but since i have spoken with them they have advised that they have cut delivery days to your area to twice a week. I am glad that you were happy with oz pool supplies itself and would love to help you in the future but next time we will look at alternative courier services to you.
