I ordered a part for a G4 Baracuda on Saturday and the it arrived in Adelaide, from Queensland two days later. Excellent service. Unfortunately it was the incorrect part so I phoned them about it. Ning apologized immediately and promised to post me the correct part plus a free return envelope for the incorrect part. The new part arrived within 24 hours along with a selection of pool "freebies" as an apology. I'm happy with the part and amazed at the great service. Well done OZ POOL SUPPLIES.
